AGRI EXPORT ZONES RESULT IN Rs. 2107 CRORE EXPORTS

The Agri Export Zones (AEZs) have so far resulted in cumulative export of Rs. 2107 crore over the last three years. 60 AEZs for different products have been sanctioned in 20 different states and government has received a further 26 different proposals for setting up of AEZs in 15 various states.
This was stated by Shri E.V.K.S. Elangovan, Minister of State for Commerce & Industry, in a written reply in the Lok Sabha today.
